Les Journées Particulières LVMH-June 15 and 16
Over the weekend, the Louis Vuitton group will be sharing their unique savoir faire by opening the doors of their workshop. Tours, demonstrations, conferences and interactive visits let you share the passion of artisans who are all inspired by the same quest for excellence. Watchmakers, couturières, perfume flacon sealers, shoemakers, cellar masters, jewelers, trunk makers, riddlers, head seamstresses, chefs and many others will welcome you in their world.
In the town of Asnières, the leather craftsmen will share the secret of their trade.

The house of Dior will open its famous salons at 30, avenue Montaigne, where Christian Dior had his first Haute couture show in 1947. You will be able to see how the famous lady Dior bag is made by hand.
The men's workshop will give you "a lesson" in tailoring.
Miss Dior, the first fragrance of Dior was also launched in 1947. Dior wanted to issue perfumes to match its new fashions. Miss Dior was named for the designer's sister Catherine. Perfume experts will introduce you to the different scents.
You will also be able to see embroidery, shoe making, the technique to assemble a watch, high jewelery...
We have previously been to this exact same presentation and it was incredible to see how all those artisans work. We actually "helped" in making a watch. We highly recommend it!
