PARIS PHOTO FAIR - Grand Palais

The 20th edition of Paris Photo starts next weekend from Thursday November 10th to Sunday the 13th at the Grand Palais.  It is among the world's leading fairs for photography. The fair offers an insight into the fine art of photography from its beginnings until today, and presents a future-oriented overview of global trends and available forms of expression in this medium.

The fair brings together collectors, curators, dealers, photographers and artists, along with some 60,000 visitors. It assembles over 180 of the most prestigious galleries and specialised book dealers from all over the world and offers the widest selection of historic, modern and contemporary art works. The programming includes major exhibitions, talks, and events.

PHOTO SAINT GERMAIN - Galleries in Saint Germain des Près

In addition to the Paris Photo fair, there are also plenty of events related to photography across the city.  For instance, photo Saint-Germain opened on November 5th and will be on until November 20th. Photo Saint-Germain is a photo festival bringing together, each year for 15 days, a selection of museums, cultural centers, galleries and bookshops of the “Rive Gauche” (left bank) around a photographic journey.  All the galleries are whithin five minutes walking distance from us.

FOTOFEVER at the Carrousel du Louvre

Fotofever mission is to promote the discovery, encouragement and development of artists through the acquisition of their works.  The aim is to encourage young generations, passionate about photography to inspire new collectors and to share the collector’s fever. It specializes in upcoming and new photographers.
