Whisky and game meat lovers - Aberlour Hunting Club November 5th-7th
Every autumn, in November, the patron of hunting and nature "Saint Hubert" is celebrated. For the fourth year in a row, the famed Scottish distillery Aberlour will celebrate this event with an ephemeral restaurant called Aberlour Hunting Club. Between November 5th and November 7th, during three exceptional nights, you can savor a unique menu in the restaurant Le Pavillon du Lac, which overlooks the Buttes Chaumont park.
The three Michelin star chef, Eric Pras, who is a specialist in all game meats, prepared the menu pairing single malts and the high gastronomy of game meat. The restaurant will transform itself into a hunting lodge with rare objects.
